PromoPilot AI provides tools for business profile setup, lead organization, lead scoring, campaign drafting, landing page copy generation, chatbot support, and marketing activity tracking.
No Guaranteed Results
PromoPilot AI does not guarantee sales, leads, customers, subscriptions, appointments, revenue, contracts, or business growth.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for their own business decisions, marketing practices, lead sources, campaign content, and compliance obligations.
Prohibited Use
Users may not use PromoPilot AI to send spam, unlawful messages, deceptive campaigns, phishing attempts, malware, harassment, or unauthorized scraping.
Lead Data
Users are responsible for making sure any uploaded lead data was obtained lawfully and may be used for the intended purpose.
AI-Generated Content
PromoPilot AI may generate campaign drafts, landing page copy, chatbot responses, and marketing suggestions. Users must review and approve all content before using it.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Users may cancel according to the billing settings available in their account.
Account Suspension
PromoPilot AI may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or violate these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
PromoPilot AI is provided as a business support tool. The platform is not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, lost opportunities, marketing outcomes, compliance failures, or user misuse.
